Welcome back to "His will Wednesdays!"
Before I begin I am putting out a "Help Wanted" request: The needs in this community are many and are continuing to grow. "His will Wednesdays" is something that I have on my heart and desire to continue doing, but I am asking YOU for some help. - If you have some extra time, and could spare an hour or two a week and help me with this endeavor, could you e-mail me? I believe in prayer and I believe in this more than you could know, but am hoping a few of my lovely blog readers will choose to pitch in! It would be awesome to have a bit of help with this! Let me know if you are interested!

Meet The Freeman Family - I have been following and sharing this blog for awhile now, and as most of you probably already know, after a hard battle, little Kayleigh Anne went home to Jesus on Monday evening. Meet Josh and Tina - Josh and Tina recently gave birth to a stillborn son who had been diagnosed with a lethal birth defect inutero. They also have a young little girl, Ella who was born with a high-risk birth defect herself. Ella is needing prayers for continual progress in gaining weight and getting stronger physically, along with development of skills for eating and drinking. It took this sweet couple 5 years to get pregnant with their miracle Ella, and even after all of the recent devastation, this couple would like to have other children in the future. Meet Rebecca - Rebecca and her husband Caleb are adopting baby boys from Ethiopia. All of their paperwork and money is in, they are simply waiting on God's timing for a referral. They would love to get a referral before the end of June so they can get the boys this summer. If the referral comes later, the rain season closes the courts and they won't be able to get the boys until after Thanksgiving. They are anxious but trusting God's perfect timing to put their family together.
Meet Tristan - Tristan and her husband suffered a miscarriage this past January and have been trying to get pregnant again, since. They just found out this past weekend that they are pregnant. They are excited, but understandably nervous. Click here to visit Tristan's blog.

Meet Kristen - Kristen's unborn babies were diagnosed at 22 weeks with twin to twin transfusion/cerclage and then amniotic fluid drainage at 23 weeks. She has been on bed rest ever since. She is seeking prayers for her fluid levels to remain equal in each twin, for them to grow, etc. Click here to visit Kristen's blog.

Meet Abbie - Abbie and her husband have been struggling with infertility. She had a miscarriage in August and her baby would be here any day now, if she were still carrying him/her. In July she will begin taking medication to try to help her get pregnant and that raises some financial concerns, since their insurance does not cover infertility treatments. Meet Chelsey and Bryan - This couple recently found out that Bryan has stage 3 Rectal cancer. He is meeting with a surgeon today, and chemotherapy and radiation start on May 18th. Click here to visit this couple's blog and make sure to say Happy Birthday to Bryan on Thursday! :)

Meet Michael - Michael is a 14 year old little man who is suffering from rare side effects of E coli. There is no treatment so his little body must fight it on it's own. He is starting to make progress, but needs prayer for protection of his kidneys which are at risk of shutting down.

Meet Alyson - Alyson's son Avery was born with PPHN and almost did not make it. He has had a continual struggle putting on/keeping on weight ever since. He breathes heavy and struggles daily with his eating. Alyson is seeking prayer that his medicine will start working well for him and that he will start packing on the pounds! A Prayer Request from Diana - Diana is seeking prayer for her sister who is recently married and 7 months pregnant. This newly married couple is experiencing a lot problems within their marriage. Due to all of the stress, her sister has lost 5 pounds in the last week. Diana is seeking prayer for not only her sister, brother-in-law and this unborn baby, but also her entire family during this time.

Meet Rachel - Last week we prayed for a job possibility/interview for this woman and since then, she has been offered the job! (Praise God!) Now Rachel is asking for prayers for a friend who is struggling greatly with depression. Meet Meredith - Meredith is seeking prayers for infertility issues as well as the adoption process. Her and her husband are in the waiting process for a domestic adoption and just starting the process with international adoption. Meet Debi - Both Debi and her husband lost their jobs in February due to downsizing. They have since lost their home as well, as they could not keep up on payments. Due to the financial strain, Debi and her husband had to move away from one another; one living with a son in Wyoming and one living with a daughter in Arizona, to save money. This couple is seeking prayer for a home and financial freedom, so that they can once again be together!

Meet Astrid - Astrid and her husband have recently lost all of their savings, house, as well as his job. They have been living with Astrid's parents for 7 months. Astrid is currently 33 weeks pregnant (after almost 2 years of trying to conceive!) and is asking for prayers during this trying (but miraculous!) time.

Meet Tiffany - Tiffany and her husband have been trying to conceive for 3 years now. If they are not pregnant by June they will be going to a fertility clinic, which raises financial concerns for this couple. They are seeking the Lord's will in this and asking for His guidance with their life. Also, Tiffany's husband Zach is scheduled for knee surgery on May 19th. Lastly, Tiffany's mother needs continued prayers for her health with a brain aneurysm and brain tumor. Right now a big concern is the amount of pain her Mother is in. Meet Susan - Susan's Mom has been battling cancer for 7 years and will be going through a procedure that could potentially end her life. Susan is needing comfort and peace during this uncertain time.
Meet Gabby - Gabby is a 17 year old fighter. Over the last two years she had a Dr. preform 3 unnecessary surgeries on her and is now seeing a different Dr. who is trying to fix the results of the prior surgeries. Gabby has had a very difficult time since getting out of the hospital; adjusting to a different life in so many ways. Meet the LeBlanc Triplets - These 3 were born a few weeks ago at only 24 weeks and 5 days. One of the babies, Kuylen, passed away after only living 4 days. The other 2 babies are fighting... They have already had surgeries and will probably have to have more down the road. Click here to visit their blog.

Meet Megan - Megan's son Evan, was found to have Shone’s Complex after birth. This basically meant that his left ventricle was too small. He had open heart surgery at 1 week old and God chose to work a miracle. Evan is now 11 months old and it was just found out that a problem with a valve is causing a backup of blood into his lungs. Meet Stacie - Stacie's daughter was born last June at only 24 weeks gestation, weighing 1 lb, 1 oz. After a very long stay in the NICU she finally went home, but since has been in and out of the hospital multiple times. This family is seeking prayers for their day to day life and for their miracle daughter. A Prayer Request from Rayanna - Rayanna is requesting prayer for a friend of hers, as well as her (friend's) family. They are refugees from the Middle East (and are of the majority religion); a husband and wife (in their late 20s) and their little girl (11 months). This woman (the wife) recently found out that she is expecting and feels that the best thing to do would be to terminate the pregnancy. Rayanna and her friend have prayed together and have talked about this baby... Her friend has even visited a local Crisis Pregnany Center, but is not yet completely swayed in her decision to carry. Please lift this family and this precious life up in your prayers.

Meet Lianna - Lianna and her husband have been trying to conceive for almost 4 years. After 2 failed IUI's and 2 failed IVF's, they are still praying for God's plan to be revealed to them. Click here to visit Lianna's blog.

Meet Jenn - Jenn and her husband have had their house for sale since March 2007. They are in the military and were re-stationed to California in July of 2007. After months of struggle, they have finally received an offer on the house/have a contract. They are looking to close on the house by May 29th.

A Prayer Request from Jenn - Yesterday a good friend of Jenn's was in a car accident with her three kids ages 5 to 1. Her name is Jayme. One of their children has suffered multiple fractures and they anticipate he will need three surgeries... Their oldest daughter is not expected to make it and is on life support with severe head injuries; her name is Josie. Their youngest was able to go home last night. Please pray for these young children and this entire family.

Meet Christina - Christina's husband recently lost his job, and they are in the process of waiting on the appeal to go through for unemployment benefits. The appeal date is set for May 21st. Meet Loren - Loren and her husband have been trying to conceive for over 2 years now. They have went through multiple rounds of treatments and cannot financially afford to move forward with more at this time. Meet Missy - Missy is seeking continued prayers for her immigration interview coming up in June. If all goes well her family will be reuinted after 9 months. This week Missy is specifically seeking prayers for smooth travels as she is visiting her husband for 1 week, and for her parents who will be watching their children while she is away. A Prayer Request from Juliet - Juliet is seeking prayers for her Father. He has been out of work for over a year now and while she wants him to find another job, she is also concerned for his spirit and mental well-being.
Meet Jennifer - Jennifer is currently 27 weeks pregnant with her 5th child. This pregnancy has been a difficult and emotional journey after the loss of their son last July, who had Trisomy 18. A Prayer Request from Candice - Candice is asking for prayer for a co-worker; Amanda, and her husband, Chad. They had a baby boy, Van, last week Thursday and he died unexpectantly Friday. They are trying to get answers and need comfort and guidance during this time.
Meet Michelle - Michelle's parents are full-time Southern Baptist missionaries living in Mexico City... We have prayed for them here before and praise God they have not gotten sick with anything related to swine flu, etc. Their quarantine has been lifted and they are doing great. They will hopefully be making their yearly trip home in June. Michelle is also asking for prayer for her best friend, Jennifer. Jennifer was just diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this week. Jennifer's Mother passed away from this disease when Jennifer was just 5 years old.
Meet Lisa - Lisa's Mother is having an angiogram on Friday to check for a blocked heart artery. Lisa is a single Mom and her and her 2 year old son are very close to Lisa's Mother and are very scared and hoping it will not be anything too serioius.
Meet Ashley - Ashley lost her son Jaxxon at 22 weeks back in February, due to severe Placenta Previa. Her and her husband have been trying to get pregnant again, with infertility issues. They just started their first round of infertillity drugs and they are making Ashley sick. Click here to visit Ashley's blog.

Meet Michelle - Please continue to pray for Michelle. Last June her family lost their 17 month old son, Brayden. Michelle has been having a hard time in her grief journey recently. Looking ahead to the upcoming "anniversary" is proving very difficult for her. Meet Heather - This Friday Heather and her husband have their 18 week ultrasound. She is (secretely) terrified. They have two boys (ages 6 and 7), but have had four consecutive miscarriages since. They have made it further this time than any of those four pregnancies, but those losses are still very fresh in their minds.

Meet Ginger - Ginger is asking for prayer for her husband/financial problems that have hit their family, specifically her husband's trust in God, through these times. Ginger is also asking for prayers for rain in central and eastern Florida, where they have been without rain for 20 days in some areas. This time of year this part of Florida is prone to fires. She is seeking prayers for safety of firefighters, protection of homes, health of those with respiratory problems, etc. Click here to visit Ginger's blog.
Meet Lindsay - Last week we prayed for job/financial needs for Lindsay's family and last Wednesday her husband got a tip on a job! (Praise God!) In the last week he has been pursuing this possibility... He now has an interview comeing up! This family is also waiting to see if they can get a forbearance from the mortgage company for this month and possibly next month.
Meet Kellie - So far this year, Kellie's family has lost their house due to foreclosure, their cats, their truck due to repossession, and lastly, and most importantly their second child at 12 weeks, when there was no heartbeat found during their 12 week appointment. This family is trying very hard to get back on their feet but it is very hard for them at times to see God's plans in their life circumstances.
Meet Cara - Cara's husband, Reese, is currently going through chemotherapy for testicular cancer. He is getting ready for his last round of treatment next Monday. His prognosis for a full recovery is very good, but it is a tough and long road, especially for their three small children. A Prayer Request from Sara - A close friend of Sara's family, Truda, recently found out that she has breast cancer. She is in her early 20's and is very emotional. She is also in a lot of pain and is very scared.
Meet Katie - Katie and her husband Christopher have been trying to get pregnant for over a year and had a miscarriage last year. They just found out that they are pregnant... with TWINS!! Meet Laura - Laura has suffered a miscarriage as well as some serious health complications during her pregnancy of her now 8 and a 1/2 month old son. She is now pregnant again and so far things are going smoothly, but she is still seeking prayers for this journey. She is also seeking prayers for her 88 year old Grandfather; he has Alzheimer's, as well as prostate and rectal cancer. A Prayer Request from Samantha - Continued prayers are needed for Samantha's little cousin Tyler who is now 2 weeks old (he was born at just 28 weeks). He is gaining weight well and doing better but needs continued prayer for his health. Additionally, another little baby on his floor, Eve will be 2 weeks tomrrow (she was born at just 25 weeks!) and Samantha's Mother has been named Eve's "Emergency Foster Parent," after her biological parents abandoned her. A Prayer Request from Becca - Becca and her husband are mentors to a young boy named Sabo. Sabo's Mother died of congestive heart failure 3 years ago. Sabo, along with his younger brother and sister, have been living with their Grandmother ever since. She is paralyzed from the waist down, and recently had a small heart attack, and has fluid surrounding her lungs. Becca and her husband are of course, very concerned for Sabo and his siblings. Please keep these little ones in your prayers, as they are dealing with issues most adults would have a hard time dealing with, and keep Becca and her husband in your prayers as they continue to check in and mentor this special little guy. Meet Raina - Raina is dealing with several family-related issues, including issues with an ex-husband, custody related issues with her children, health issues with 2 of her children, and some on and off again drug issues with the father of some of her children. Raina also has an autoimmune disease that also leaves her in chronic pain. All around, Raina just needs to be covered in prayers, for both herself and her family.
Meet Kristina - Kristina and her husband have been trying to concieve for more than 3 years, and they have been doing infertility treatments for most of them; all of these expenses have been out of pocket. This couple is finally seeing one of the top specialists and have insurance that coves some things. This couple is waiting on God, but feels the discouragement and pain at times too. Meet Tina - Tina and her husband are in the final phases of adopting two little girls. They are asking prayers for final meetings with a caseworker, paperwork in the mail and court dates to be set. All the while, they are concerned that the girls' Birth Mother is having second thoughts. Meet Jodi - Jodi and her husband are expecting a baby girl in the next month and are seeking prayer for the continued health of their daughter. Just this morning they had an ultrasound and there was a concern raised with the amniotic fluid being low. Meet Andrea - Andrea is 16 weeks pregnant with twins, one of which has been diagnosed with Holoprosencephaly.
Meet Niki - Niki's 23 month old daughter "S" has been having health issues since December 2008 and has been undergoing multiple tests in order to find out the why she is having the issues she is. Right now they believe the possible cause is a tumor of some sort. Her Mom is seeking wisdom for her medical team to finally obtain a diagnosis. Click here to visit Niki's blog.

Meet Lori - Lori's oldest son, Brenden (15) was assaulted at school on Monday and is suffering from tracheal edema, acute laryngitis and T4-T10 Costal Contusions from being severely choked, punched and kneed in the ribs. He might have been knocked out momentarily, too. He is on steroids and cortisone to reduce inflammation. He already has tracheomalacia and this is just making it worse. The swelling is also bringing back headaches/migraines and he's having coughing fits because of the swelling to his trachea. Click here to visit Lori's blog.

- For a woman named Barbie, a 43 year old mom to two little girls, who is undergoing testing for a serious disease.
- For baby Judson. He was born still but revived... Possible brain damage may have resulted.
- For W and H, who are dealing with custody issues regarding their adopted son.
- For a baby girl who is due next month, and did not develop kidneys so is not expected to make it after (or even before) the birth.
- For a woman and her husband who are struggling in their marriage.
- For a single woman who recently had an abortion, and is grieving her decision.
- For a young woman to find a spouse, after years of waiting for someone.
- For the negative, mean spirited people (in the blog world, and "abroad") - That God would soften their hearts and spirits and show them that all of their negative emotion is only truly hurting them and keeping their hearts full of hate.
